Who are we?

Erik Staley is Valicom’s Founder and Principal Consultant. He is a validation and compliance specialist with more than 25 years of experience in the life sciences.

Before establishing Valicom in 2002, Mr. Staley co-founded another validation services firm and has held key roles in quality assurance, laboratory operations, and quality engineering with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies across Southern California.
